4 Stars Even Tippmanns break down sometimes
Over at the Special Ops forums they refer to Tippmann markers as “the AK-47s of paintball” - the things are rugged and almost never break.
Wear and tear will take its toll on your marker, however, and replacement parts will sometimes have to be orders. They’re of the same quality as the rest of your marker - rugged and reliable. The only reason I give it a 4 is that this piece in particular can be rough to install, but with a little patience and elbow grease this will keep your 98 running for a long time. My original valve gave out in 2008 after use since 2001 - seven years isn’t a bad run!
