Posted on Tuesday, 21 of April , 2009 at 9:09 pm QUEENSBURY—A Queensbury man has a date in Queensbury town court after he became incensed at a motorist whom he believed was driving too fast past in his neighborhood and allegedly pointed an unloaded paintball gun at the man. But what Michael J. Kaiser apparently didn’t know was that the motorist was an assistant district attorney for Warren County.
