Faribault man charged in attempted kidnapping case in Edina (Edina Sun-Current)

The man police suspect of attempting to kidnap children near Concord Elementary School last month was charged Tuesday, May 26, with eight felonies. Alex Jeffrey Wolters, 21, of Faribault, was charged Tuesday, May 26, with four counts of attempted false imprisonment, and four counts of stalking.
